The lecture concerns a wide analysis and description of all the research activities performed by Sara Porzilli regarding wooden architecture and how to document it. During her PhD she took part in several expeditions to Karelia thank to the opportunity to take part as Early Research Stage in the European Project "Wooden Architecture. Traditional Karelian Timber Architecture and Landscape" (Marie Curie Actions People, Seventh Framework Programme, International Research Staff Exchange Scheme). Acronym: “Wooden Architecture”.
